Week 38 Update

Had my 38 week visit today. I am now 2 cm dialated, but my cervix is still hard. I have another appt next Monday to check progress and am scheduled to be induced at 6:00 am next Tuesday (May 19th) if Will doesn't come before then. Dr. Stone said he may have me come in on Monday night if things haven't progressed enough for some balloon procedure to get me going. I am not going to google it. I think it's best for me to not know all the details and just go with the flow. If you really know me you'll understand that this is probably best :) I am so excited and can't wait. I'm ready for Will to be here. I have been daydreaming about holding our baby all day. I can't believe it will only be 6 days at the latest! I have been doing all the things you hear about to get this baby out of here (walking, raspberry tea, etc ) and will continue to do so- so maybe he'll come before Tuesday. We'll see ;) Please pray that Will is still healthy and that we have a smooth delivery, pray for my patience and strength, and pray for Brian. Through everything we have been through that has REALLY stressed me out or been hard for me to handle he has been my rock. He brings this calm to me that is hard to explain. Pray that this continues when I go into labor :) And also pray for us as a family- with all the changes to come- for patience, love, and support for each other. Thanks so much everyone!
