Yes- I have been MIA from the blog. But there has been so much going on and when I have downtime...I'm playing with Will….so less time for blogging.
Catch up:
Will is more fun by the day. He’s ALL OVER the place. He started walking in late June and now there is no stopping him. He gets into all the cabinets and drawers. We’ve had to step up the baby proofing. He loves daycare and his teachers…he’s always happy to see us in the afternoons, but wants to stay and keep playing. I love that he likes it so much. He loves to brush his teeth every night and in the morning…he has lots of teeth now. He babbles all the time and can say Dadda, Momma, Jack (yak), dog (og), kitty kat (ki kat), baby (bab), ball (ba), fish (ish), all gone (ah gan), bye-bye, tree (t), Roll Tide (okay well maybe not yet but we’re working…he says “Ooo- ta”), and a few others but I can’t think right now. He blows kisses all the time and now gives kisses when you ask for "sugar" or "lovin." He's awesome…he makes the noises and everything (mmmm-ma). He LOVES Mickey Mouse clubhouse! He dances to the hotdog song and waves goodbye to Mickey when it’s over. He still loves books more than anything….and “Llama Llama Red Pajama” is still his favorite. He does hand motions and jumps in all the prompted places now. At his 15 month checkup he weighed 24.9 lbs and was 32.5 inches. He wears size 24 mo clothes. He is a great little fella and so much fun.
Brian and I are doing great too. Work is picking up for both of us. I’m having to travel a little more so that is hard, but it is part of the job and I can handle it. Brian is fantastic with Will and his Mom comes down and helps out when I have to go. We also have a great support group of other family and friends that helps us. I hate to be away from Will, but I know he is in wonderful hands that love him so much.
Oh and ROLL TIDE!
